VacationBuddy – Terms & Conditions

By accessing, booking, or staying at any property managed or marketed by VacationBuddy, you (“Guest”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all direct bookings made via our website, WhatsApp, phone, social media, or any other non-OTA channel.

1. Booking Confirmation
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification for all occupants at the time of check-in.
• VacationBuddy reserves the right to deny check-in if identification requirements are not met.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Direct Bookings)
• All direct bookings with VacationBuddy are strictly NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
• No refunds will be provided for:
• Cancellation by the guest
• No-shows
• Early check-out
• Change of travel plans
• Weather conditions, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions
Once a booking is confirmed, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Date Modification
• Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to:
• Availability
• Management approval
• Any approved date change may attract additional charges or rate differences.
• VacationBuddy reserves the right to refuse date modifications.

4. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 2 pm
• Check-out: 11 am
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in penalty charges.

5. Occupancy Rules
• Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay.
• Extra guests, visitors, or gatherings without prior approval are strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Property Use & Conduct
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect neighbors.
• Loud music, parties, illegal activities, or nuisance behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours must be observed as per local regulations.

7. Damage & Security Deposit
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
• VacationBuddy reserves the right to:
• Deduct repair costs from the security deposit, or
• Recover costs directly from the guest if damages exceed the deposit

8. Housekeeping & Utilities
• Housekeeping services are provided as specified at the time of booking.
• Excessive use of utilities (electricity, water, gas) may attract additional charges.

9. Force Majeure
• VacationBuddy shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide accommodation due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
• In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and shall be at management’s sole discretion.

10. Liability Disclaimer
• Guests stay at the property at their own risk.
• VacationBuddy shall not be responsible for loss, theft, injury, accident, or death during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

11. Right to Refuse Service
VacationBuddy reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking:
• If terms are violated
• If false information is provided
• If guest behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
No refund shall be issued in such cases.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi

13. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking and/or staying at a VacationBuddy property, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
