Welcome to BnBBuddy Property Management Services Pvt Ltd! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities for travelers (guests) and property owners (hosts). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
"VacationBuddy" refers to BnBBuddy Property Management Services Pvt Ltd.
"Guest" refers to travelers booking accommodations through VacationBuddy.
**"Host" or "Property Owner" refers to individuals or businesses listing their properties for short-term rentals.
"Property" refers to rental accommodations available on VacationBuddy’s platform.
"Booking" refers to a reservation made by a guest through VacationBuddy.
2. General Terms
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By booking or listing a property, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.
b. Account Registration
Guests and property owners must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
VacationBuddy reserves the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity or non-compliance.
3. Terms for Travelers (Guests)
a. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.
Prices, taxes, and additional fees will be disclosed before checkout.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and will be provided before booking.
b. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the property, follow house rules, and maintain cleanliness.
Any damage caused must be reported and compensated.
Illegal activities, subletting, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for their safety and personal belongings.
c. Cancellations & Refunds
Guests can cancel bookings as per the specific property’s cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms.
4. Terms for Property Owners (Hosts)
a. Listing & Property Management
Hosts must provide accurate details and high-quality images of their properties.
The property should be clean, safe, and meet local regulations.
Hosts are responsible for providing amenities as advertised.
b. Pricing & Payments
VacationBuddy charges a commission or service fee for managing bookings.
Payouts will be processed as per BnBBuddy’s payment schedule.
Hosts must handle tax-related compliance for their earnings.
c. Host Responsibilities
Hosts must ensure the guest’s stay is smooth and hassle-free.
Any disputes or complaints should be addressed promptly.
VacationBuddy reserves the right to delist properties that receive consistent negative feedback.
d. Cancellations by Hosts
Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties or removal from the platform.
Refunds or alternative accommodations may be provided to guests in case of host cancellations.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
VacationBuddy acts as a platform and is not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
VacationBuddy is not liable for personal injuries, theft, or property damage during stays.
6. Termination of Services
VacationBuddy may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activities
Misuse of the platform
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi India
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in New Delhi, India.
8. Changes to Terms
VacationBuddy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
